Yes. MMMUT delivers health and well-being outreach in its local community, much of it through student volunteering. In 2025 its pharmacy students held a health and vaccination awareness camp in Mathia village, Gorakhpur (9 December 2025), and 328 school children from its adopted villages took the pledge for a drug-free India at Padhe Vishwavidyalaya Badhe Vishwavidyalaya (7 March 2025).
